Ingeborg Anna Rogge was born on December 13, 1924 in Berlin, Germany to Margarete (nee Theiler) and Erich Strewe. Ingeborg was a lifelong Lutheran and was baptized into Christ's church on January 31, 1925.

In addition to their children, Ingeborg is survived by her son-in-law Ronald; grandchildren Adam, Heather, Anna, Erich, and Marta; sister Ursula and brother Wolfgang of Germany; and several cousins, nephews and nieces. Ingeborg was predeceased by her beloved husband Willy (1978) and her sons-in-law Albert Clark (2002) and Mark Parliearos (2003).

Ingeborg loved learning and teaching. She graduated from the Staatliche Elisabethschule in 1943 and worked in Berlin as a nurse's aide before immigrating to the United States in 1949. She earned her license as a Registered Nurse on September 16, 1970. Ingeborg graduated from Mount Saint Mary College (Newburgh, NY) with a BS in Nursing in 1975 and from New York University with a Masters in Nursing in 1977. During her career, she worked at several hospitals and was an instructor of nursing at Mount Saint Mary College, Newburgh, NY and at Orange County Community College, Middletown, NY. Inge retired from the US Veterans Administration after serving in nursing administration at V A Medical Centers in Bay Pines, FL; Brooklyn, NY; Castle Point, NY; Long Beach, CA; and Chillicothe, OH. During retirement, she was an active member of the Ovarian Cancer Alliance of Florida.

Ingeborg continually gave gladly of herself to her beloved family, friends, colleagues, profession, and church. She
loved helping others. And, she was eternally grateful to everyone who gave her care and support these past eight years. She was beloved by many and now rests in the comforting arms of Lord Jesus.
