General Information for Ordering
Create and view a memorial before purchasing through our Online Ordering System - Memorial Creation section. Try before you buy!
You may send your order for an online memorial, or gift certificate for same, through the postal service (US mail) with payment by personal check or money order, or you may create your order through our Online Ordering System - Memorial Creation section using PayPal (Paypal now accepts your credit card!).
ONLINE MEMORIALS
To create and order memorials via the postal service, print the Memorial Printable Order Form, or create an order form with similar information and mail along with your check or money order, photo(s) of loved one, and other information.
Through our Online Ordering System you can easily submit basic information about your loved one, their Attributes and Favorite Things, and your choice of design and music -- regardless of the capabilities of your computer. Best of all, you can change anything you submit through this system as often as you wish until you are satisfied with the results - then make your payment!
The Online Ordering System will allow you to upload photographs and articles of information for the Documents page (Eulogy, Obituary, Biography, etc.) from files on your computer. If you are unable to upload photographs and articles through your computer, send them by snail mail after creating as much of the memorial as you can through the Online Ordering System.
After you pay for a memorial, or notify us that a prepaid memorial is ready to go online (link provided), we will review the memorial before putting it online. Although memorials usually go online within 24 hours, please allow the possibility of several business days.
The fee for typing or retyping a document will be determined by the document length.
We will not return material sent through the mail, including photographs, unless you include a prepaid, self-addressed, registered mail envelope.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
If you wish to order gift certificates for an online memorial via the postal service, print the Gift Certificates Printable Order Form, or create an order form with similar information and mail along with your check or money order.
Our Online Ordering System allows you to print a gift certificate on your printer, OR receive and send the gift certificate electronically - directly to the recipient's e-mail!

Each extra photo . .$5.00

There will be an additional $5 fee if we alter or improve a photo at your request (cropping to an oval or rounded top, darkening or lightening, attempting to remove fuzziness, etc.). If the improvement you desire is not possible, we will refund the $5 fee.
